Carole Herpin, Senior Director, has worked in market research for the past 20 years focusing on Financial Services more specifically insurance and employee benefits working for GfK. While working for Join the Dots and Decision Analyst, she gained other industry expertise (CPG, Travel, Healthcare, Restaurants) allowing her to bring the latest market research methodologies and thinking to the team to help offer the best solution for our clients. With her international background (having lived in France, the UK, the US and Sweden), Carole understands all the subtle cultural differences and difficulties in conducting international research projects.
Carole enjoys the outdoors either on foot, on bike or on a boat. If not outside, you will find her in her kitchen trying new recipes.
